Dr. Dina Rabo-Alexander focuses on helping individuals go from “unhealthy to healthy,” through her knowledge and experience over twenty years as a chiropractor, health coach and functional blood work specialist. She works with her team to help others live their best life yet!

Dina Rabo-Alexander, D.C.

Dr. Rabo was born in Durham, CA. She is a first-generation chiropractor and more recently expanded her learning as a Functional Bloodwork Specialist. She has been working with helping individuals achieve better outcomes in their health and well-being for over 20 years. She received her chiropractic degree from Life West Chiropractic School.

Her passion is to help others live the lifestyle they desire through natural healing avenues encompassing chiropractic, nutrition, and weight loss.

She specializes in whole body healing by incorporating lifestyle changes, nutrition, exercise, chiropractic, and regenerative therapies which include infrared light and other regenerative therapies to help the body heal on a cellular level.

More recently she has been expanding into helping others go from unhealthy to healthy by interpreting their blood work. She recently expanded from the Chico area to open a second office in Chester California. She also enjoys spending time in the mountains with her family and travelling and enjoys trail riding with her horse Sierra.

I am a mother to a sweet little girl. I was born and raised in Chico, California on a pheasant ranch.

I have worked in childcare for over the last 20 years and decided for a new change with my work environment while moving up to Chester.

I recently moved to start a new adventure with my little family, and loving this small mountain town community. If I’m not working, you will find me at the lake reading a good book or paddling away on the paddle board. I love all the holiday seasons!

I’m addicted to Pumpkin Spice Lattes and I love fun earrings. I have enjoyed learning about Chiropractic and all the wellness/health that it will bring to me along with my family.
